- Eldredge Park, renovation/addition to existing press box and souvenir shed
- Orleans Community Partnership, 44 Main St., update building signage
- Mid-Cape, 15 Main St., change existing windows, add sliders, add decks
- J&H Nominee Trust (FKA: Last Stop Deli), 211 Main St., re-roof, replace skylights
